Within 8 km of our estate you’ll find several villages and hamlets, including the two castle villages of Marvao, Castelo de Vide and the wonderful old railway station in the village of Beira.

Marvão and Castelo de Vide have a rich tradition with festivals and celebrating the many saints. It simply is too much to list them all. But here´s a pick together with some good restaurants in the vicinity of our Campscape.
Guests who visit us for the first time are often in transit to or from the more obvious touristic destinations (Algarve and Silvercoast) and book just two nights (because that’s the minimum stay). But that is just not enough …
